There are two types of spinning forming: ordinary spinning and powerful spinning. Spinning that does not change the thickness of the bad material but only changes the shape of the bad material is called ordinary spinning; that is, the spinning that changes the thickness of the bad material and changes the shape of the bad material is called powerful spinning. The structure of the spinning machine is generally more complicated because the spinning force required for the powerful spinning forming is relatively large. Power spinning forming is divided into forward rotation and reverse rotation according to the direction of rotation of the wheel and the direction of metal flow. The direction of rotation of the wheel is the same as the direction of metal flow, which is called forward rotation; otherwise, it is called reverse rotation.
